Children's Memorial Move for Kids Event

Children's Memorial is celebrating the June opening of its new facility, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago with the Move for the Kids 5k Run/Walk presented by Navistar on May 12! The course will start at the current Lincoln Park facility and finish across the street from the new downtown location, in Lake Shore Park behind the Museum of Contemporary Art.

43rd Ward United encourages everyone to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime event and help spread the word to their network of friends, family and colleagues. There are several ways you can get involved:

Be a Participant: Register now to run or walk the 3.1 miles with other Children's supporters. Please note that the course will include a variety of curbs, stairs, underpasses, etc. Strollers and wagons are permitted but will need to be carried at times during the course. See course map.
